Products and Orders
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including in cases of pricing errors, unavailable products or suspected fraud. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Prices and Payment
All prices include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout. Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store complete payment card information.
Shipping and Returns
We ship worldwide where legally permitted. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country. Consumers within the European Union have statutory withdrawal rights. Returned products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging unless otherwise required by law. Please contact info@xcvario.com before returning any product.
Warranty
Our products are covered by the statutory warranty applicable under Dutch and European law. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents or normal wear. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Aviation Disclaimer
XCVario products are designed as pilot aids and are not certified primary flight instruments. They must not be relied upon as the sole source of navigation, altitude, collision avoidance or flight information. The pilot remains solely responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft and compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.
Intellectual Property
All software, firmware, documentation, graphics, product designs, logos and other content on this website are the property of Brestec Holding B.V. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCVario shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or any mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
