This device is a 7-inch touchscreen Android-based navigation system.

The housing is crafted from black anodized aluminum, providing effective shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI) for quiet, reliable transmission. With a height of just 28.5 mm, it features a standard 7-inch display and can be powered directly via a 12V onboard electrical system. Power consumption is approximately 6 watts (465 mA at 12.9V) without a fan, with a brief 15% increase during processor-intensive tasks like zooming.

The device runs on Android 13 with full access to the Google Play Store, allowing you to directly install Android apps.

Connectivity Features:

• Supported wireless interfaces: Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth (BT4.0).
• For connecting avionic hardware via serial connections, the device provides three IGC-compatible serial interfaces (1x DTE, 2x DCE), which are configurable to support all baud rates compatible with XCSoar.
• Four multi-channel USB-A 2.0 ports on the back and one LAN port for additional devices, such as remote control sticks.
• One USB-A 3.0 port and one USB-C port located on the bottom.
• USB devices can be powered from the USB-A ports, with a maximum current of 1A (5W).
• A microSD card slot supporting up to 32 GB for storage expansion.
• A 3.5mm headphone jack and a stereo power amplifier (3 watts), accessible via two 3.5mm mono jacks on the rear.

Cooling & Performance: The device includes a barely perceptible fan to maintain optimal temperature levels for the CPU, even on the hottest days. In cooler climates, such as Nordic regions, the fan can be easily disconnected internally if not needed.
