This device is a 5.7-inch touchscreen Android-based navigation system.

The housing is crafted from black powder-coated aluminum and sides from Carbonfiber Sheet , providing effective shielding against electromagnetic interference (EMI) for quiet, reliable transmission. With a height of just 27.5 mm, it features a standard 5.7-inch display and can be powered directly via a 12V onboard electrical system. Power consumption from the gadget is approximately 5 watts (400 mA at 12.9V) without a fan, with a brief 15% increase during processor-intensive tasks like zooming.

The device runs on Android 13 with full access to the Google Play Store, allowing you to directly install Android apps.

Connectivity Features:

• Supported wireless interfaces: Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth (BT4.0).
• For connecting avionic hardware via serial connections, the device provides three IGC-compatible serial interfaces (1x DTE ttyS5, 2x DCE ttyS4 and ttyS7,  int. GPS port ttyS3 ), which are configurable to support all baud rates compatible with XCSoar, Flarm or GPS devices.
• Four multi-channel USB-A 2.0 ports on the back and one LAN port for additional devices, such as remote control sticks.
• USB port next to the 3.5 mm jack is USB OTG.
• USB devices can be powered from the USB-A ports, with a maximum current of 1A (5W).
• A mono jacks on the rear and a stereo power amplifier (3 watts) one build in speaker.

Cooling & Performance: The device includes a barely perceptible fan to maintain optimal temperature levels for the CPU, even on the hottest days. In cooler climates, such as Nordic regions, the fan can be easily disconnected internally if not needed.
